Privacy Policy — Gravity Sort

Thank you for playing Gravity Sort (“the app”, “the game”). This policy describes what data we collect and how we use it.

1. Data we collect
1.1 Game data (local)
- Level progress, stars, coins, streak, unlocked achievements
- Settings (sound, vibration, colorblind mode, language, notifications)
- Unlocked / applied skins
- Active In-App Purchases (Coin Doubler, Rescue Pack, etc.)
This data is stored on your device via UserDefaults and, optionally, synced to your personal iCloud account (NSUbiquitousKeyValueStore + private CloudKit). We never see this data — it lives in your Apple ID.
1.2 Advertising data (Google AdMob)
If you grant consent via Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt, we may share your Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) with Google AdMob for personalized ads. Without consent, ads are contextual (no IDFA shared).
AdMob may also collect:
- Approximate IP address (fraud prevention)
- Ad interaction events (impressions, clicks, completions)
- App diagnostic data (ad-related crashes)

If we publish in EU/UK/Switzerland, we show a GDPR consent form (Google UMP) before the ATT prompt. You can change your consent at any time from Settings → Privacy options.
1.3 In-App Purchases (StoreKit)
Purchases are processed via Apple App Store. We receive only purchase confirmation (transaction receipt); we do not see your payment data. For refunds: reportaproblem.apple.com
1.4 Performance diagnostics
We use Apple’s native MetricKit to detect crashes and performance issues. Data is stored locally and is NOT sent to any third-party server.
2. Data we do NOT collect
- Email, name, phone
- Location (precise or manual approximate geolocation)
- Contact list
- Photos / camera / microphone access
- Any directly identifiable personal data
3. Accounts and data deletion
Gravity Sort does not require a user account. All data is on your device or your personal iCloud.
To delete all data:
- Delete the app from your device (clears local UserDefaults)
- iOS Settings → [Your name] → iCloud → Manage Storage → Gravity Sort → Delete Data (clears iCloud)
- If you bought IAPs, entitlements remain in your Apple ID — restorable on any reinstall
4. Third-party services

5. Children
This app is suitable for all ages (4+). We comply with COPPA, GDPR-K and other applicable regulations. We do not intentionally collect personal data from minors. AdMob filters ads to child-appropriate content when it detects a minor’s device.

7. Security
Data on your device: protected by iOS sandbox. Data in transit to AdMob: HTTPS. iCloud: encrypted by Apple.
8. Retention
Game data remains on your device / iCloud until you delete it (see section 3).
9. Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date. Material changes will be notified in-app.
