Common questions
- Where's my quote? Requests are answered personally — you'll get a
push notification the moment it's ready. Check the Chat tab for the offer card.
- How do I pay? Zelle from the visit's payment screen (upload your
transfer screenshot), or cash/card in person when we finish.
- How do coupons work? One coupon per visit, applied in the booking
flow when you book. No cash value; expiration dates apply.
- How do I delete my account? Profile → delete account. Your personal
data is removed right away (details in the
Privacy Policy).
